Beijing Trip on First Day 2011

Hello Guys.. I just went back from Beijing since 2 weeks ago..
I'm sorry that i din update my blog since long time ago..

Well, that is my 1st time went to Beijing and i need to lead tour~~
*Oh my gosh, you can feel that how nervous was it* 
But I'm glad that my colleagues, they all teach me, show me the directions of airport that want to going to other Terminal at China (Shenzhen Airport - Bao An' International Airport)
Erm... At first i really scare that i will bring my small group customers to "Holland" but luckily i remember and follow the instructions of my colleagues told me and so, i success to bring them~~ ^^v
And beside that, i also got meet with the Beijing Local Guide! They are very friendly, nice and easy to communicate~ Well, i reach airport around 7am~ My customer they all reach at the airport around 720am, so i ask them to scan their luggage first. And i went to check in and "THROW" the luggage inside the Cargo! =)
Hmmm... What else? Actually my heart really scare for it, but i don know why that this trip is so fun, funny, and the customer really cute..

So, taadaaa~~~ Inside the airplane already lo.. Ready to fly to China and Bye Bye Malaysia~ =p
Erm... Its tooks around 2.30hrs - 3 hrs to reach China.. China really a big place for visit. Anyhow, its fun for it! ^_^  Erm.. inside the airplanes, i talked / chat with the customer.. Her name is Mrs Von, she is friendly, kindly and funny and of course she is the one i mentioned just now --> (CUTE) with her husband...
She ever follow my company trip to Shanghai at 2008~
Erm.. she told me that her 2 daughter already married and marry with "guai lou" means orang putih at England! :o woooow!! I really shocked when i listen for it..

Around 1230pm, finally i reach at the Shenzhen International Airport (Bao An' International Airport)... Wait wait wait and wait.. finally all done.. So i bring them to transfer to another Terminal B for the China Domestic Airport... And i bring customer to eat lunch 1st..
and deng deng!!! This is the lunch set that i ordered which is cost around RMB 27.50 oh... hohoho!! The foods quite nice, not bad, (Im feel so bad that i din eat well because i was rushing to do the another flight for check-in going to Beijing..

So after i finish my lunch, i fast fast run to Terminal B for finding / searching the check in counter.. At there its almost took me around erm.. 30 - 50 minutes and then i go down again to the restaurant and found my guest. They all like very relaxing, keep chit chatting.. Oh ya, my this group got 3 customers is don know how to speak / listen in Chinese and English, so i need to use Malay to communicate with them! Beside that, they are using the Dusun Language to communicate each other (how am i understand for it) *SIGH*

After that, around 2.30pm, i bring all of them to go the other Terminal as i mentioned early and just throw their luggage only.. Got 1 customer very stubborn, because he is a smoker, he love to smoke after meals! @_@''' So, his luggage got 1 lighter, I already inform him that do not keep / put at there luggage.. But yet, when scanned, its already been black-listed.. Haiz!!! But that is a small case... Because most of the people is quite stubborn as well! hmmm.. =X erm...

Its time to boarding already... weeee... This is the meals inside the Shenzhen Airlines! Erm... Inside the Airplanes is just like Air Asia also but this got provided with meals la...=)

What else? The flight from Shenzhen to Beijing delayed for 30 minutes.. T_T but is oke.. In other way, while waiting the flight is coming, i got chit chat a while with the local tour guide - Ah Fat... He's style erm... friendly, but.. *not good to say at here* Anyway, he really a nice guy, great tour guide i think..

and wait wait wait wait wait!!!

The flight finally came at 5.10pm... And we are ready to depart to Beijing!! ^_^ Inside the airplanes, i sit at the window side there.. and i can see the sunset in the sky.. Oh my gosh!! Its so wonderful for it, you see.. This is the sunset.. Is it beautiful?

Oh... Its really nice.. I love to take the photos of sunset, i don know why? Its like natural, created by GOD.. ^^
What else? Its really a nice photos!
                                                      Its around 8pm!! Reach Beijing Airport... We need to walk almost 10 minutes then only to arrrive the collect take luggage hall oo.. =X Its really a long journey for it... T_T tired tired tired... around 830pm, finally can meet with my tour guide.. and got car.. Its really tired day for just transit the airlines / airplanes ooo... hoho~~ My local guide is call Peng Hui... He is a very tall guy.. O_o i was shocked when i saw him at the first time.. Then bring the customer go eat dinner as the feeling of rushing eating.. After that, finally reach hotel!!! Oh yes!! Im happy! Because i can rest.. But, i cant.. Because after i give out all the rooms number, i need to check the room one by one! Asking them is there anythings else for the room? But in the end, all no problem! Means that i can done with my job!! Yes!!! I can sleep already~~

My EX-Neighbour Open House Dinner

Today, when i reach home from work at 4pm, i was suspecting my mom will cook dinner at home as usual or else is going out for dinner. But she din cook and said bring us go out.. But she told me that we will be going out dinner for open house.. So i was wondering is who got open house since already passed the Chinese New Year / New Year or what so ever with it..

But when i get the answered from my mom, i was exciting!! Why? Because it my EX-Neighbour opening house..
wow!!! Its like a long time already i din meet them~~~ and i still remember when i was young last time, they love to bully me at all. But yet now, they din bully me anymore.. haha.. coz all edi grow up mature lo.. =)

Well, i think i get a best memories for tonight.. Which is from Childhood changed to adults life

白色苦瓜

记者：这天也太热了，得，水也没了，您说这会儿要是能有一杯清凉解暑的凉茶那有多好啊，不过我也总结出来了要想当好咱们这农业记者，有两个字，那是最重要的就是吃苦，我向那边老乡家讨口水喝去。

记者：老乡你好，您这有水吗，我跟您讨口水喝？

哎，我这刚好有，…过来。

记者：哎呦，太好了，太好了。记者：恩，味道不错，这个是什么饮料啊？

这个是我自己种的白苦瓜炸的。

记者：苦瓜汁啊？

是啊。

记者：哎呦这刚说到吃苦，这苦就来了，哎等会儿，您说这是苦瓜汁？

是。

记者：它喝着也没那么苦啊？

这种白苦瓜比较不会苦。

记者：这白玉苦瓜都在哪儿呢？

我们的白苦瓜都穿着黑衣服呢。

解说：要说小孙这次去福建采访，可是没少吃苦，天气炎热再加上路途遥远，就连喝口水也没离开苦字，不过这位先生的话倒是引起了他的好奇，这里的白苦瓜为什么要穿上黑衣服呢？ 采访：它这个袋具有三个功用，第一个就是说这个白苦瓜，它本身就是白，可是为了让它更白、更亮丽，就把这个套袋套下去，减少太阳光的照射，  第二点就是说防止瓜蝇来叮，瓜蝇要是叮上去的话，它整个就会变黄化掉了。第三个就是为了防止这个虫顺藤摸瓜，咬食这个瓜果，最就是这三个意思。

解说：看来白苦瓜穿的这件黑衣服还有不小的作用呢。通过一番了解小孙也得知原来这位热心的老乡叫吴家成，是地地道道的台湾人，几年前来福建明溪县专门种植白苦瓜，而这种白色的苦瓜其实叫白玉苦瓜，在台湾可是有着60多年的种植历史了。

记者：您看这白玉苦瓜，这还真是名副其实，洁白如玉就像拿刀雕刻出来的工艺品一样，您再看我手上还有一种咱们市场上常见的这种青苦瓜，这两个搁在一块一比，光从这外形跟颜色上您就能看出差别来，不过这两种苦瓜里头又有什么不一样呢，干脆咱就给它切开来看看。

您看这两种苦瓜现在切开来啊，这个白玉苦瓜那是表里如一了，不光是外皮看起来比较白，这里头这个果肉包括这个囊也是都是白色的，那这个青苦瓜就是从里到外都泛着一股青色，但是除此之外还有什么其他的特点呢。

采访：它不同的地方就是第一个白苦瓜相对会比绿苦瓜比较不会苦，第二个就是它的口感会比绿苦瓜要脆，第四点就是说它会比绿苦瓜来的水分比较多，比较适合榨汁。

解说：众所周知，苦瓜食用起来味道苦但是却有清热祛火的功效，在蔬菜中有着“良药”的美誉，尤其适合在高温多湿的地方食用。而这种白玉苦瓜不但功效和青苦瓜一样，关键是苦味淡，水分足，适合榨汁，消费者也比较容易接受。消费者：它这个苦瓜不会苦，炸出来的汁非常好喝，清甜非常好。如果用绿苦瓜的炸的那不行，喝不了，这个苦瓜就炸了。

消费者：它这种比较清，轻苦 又有点甜，然后水分比较多，它这种苦瓜，不像  我们那种苦瓜，它炸的汁特别多， 然后就可以直喝，比较好，所以我们都比较喜欢吃，还可以。

消费者：这个苦瓜比较好，这个是台湾种，来到我们这边，变成我们当地的苦瓜，一种特产。这个苦瓜吃的不会苦，比较甜，吃的味道比较好。

解说：其实种植白玉苦瓜并不复杂，只要在果实长到拇指长的时候套上一件密不透风的黑衣服，并且注重科学的管理方法就可以了，而且在种植过程中白玉苦瓜也凸显很多自身的优势？

采访：主要是外观非常的精美，它晶莹剔透，还有抗病性、抗虫性都比较强，在我们这边栽培也表现出高产、稳产的特性。

采访：它平均育苗可以长到200到300颗的苦瓜，所以它平均产量在1万斤到2万斤左右，它产量是非常高，以目前的这种产值来讲的话，大约在1块5左右，所以它平均的亩产也在15000。

说：白玉苦瓜不仅仅是产量高，它的采收时间可长达5个月左右。而果实生长到7天左右就就可以上市了，目前白玉苦瓜在明溪县的种植面积已有200多亩了，它的成功进种不仅为消费者提供了更多的选择也让当地的农户尝到甜头。

采访：卖的还可以，在市场上卖还可以，一斤差多两块钱。

采访：们从台湾引进的蔬菜品种，种植的最成功的就是台湾白苦瓜，那明年准备全乡推广准备在1000亩以上。已经跟外面的很多超市这都有联系，这个销路是不成问题。

解说：目前白玉苦瓜已经成为明溪县的特色产品，当地的餐馆也在推陈出新，用白玉苦瓜做成了各种菜肴，来吸引消费者。

记者：这个苦瓜汁经常喝还就适应了，咱们不是常说叫忆苦思甜，其实多吃点苦它有好处，放到吃上它也一样啊，您看我今天这就是自找苦吃，点了一桌子苦瓜做的菜，也算是苦中作乐。哎，对了，要是您平时也想吃点苦，但是又不愿意那么苦，那这白苦瓜就是个不错的选择。
